These Terms apply solely to laxhartech.com. Our products have separate terms on their platforms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or other mandatory consumer protection laws.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Laxhar Tech, a proprietorship registered in India (GST: 27EFMPS4211A1ZM). By using this Website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering contracts. By using this Website, you represent you meet these requirements.
3. Permitted and Prohibited Use
You may use this Website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You must NOT:
- Violate any applicable laws
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Use automated tools without permission
- Engage in fraudulent activities

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laxhar Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed ₹10,000 or the amount paid by you for services, whichever is greater.
This limitation does NOT apply to:
- • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- • Gross negligence or willful misconduct
- • Any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law
- • Your statutory rights under Consumer Protection Act, 2019
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Laxhar Tech against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of third-party rights. This indemnification is proportionate and does not require you to indemnify us for our own negligence or misconduct.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 Informal Resolution
Before formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days by contacting [email protected].
8.2 Arbitration
If unresolved, either party may elect binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Arbitration shall be conducted in Mumbai by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed. The language shall be English.
8.3 Court Jurisdiction
If arbitration is not elected, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Consumer Forum Rights: Nothing herein prevents you from approaching Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction shall apply where required.
10. Modifications
We may modify these Terms with 15 days' notice via email or website posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes affecting your rights will require affirmative consent.
11. Severability and Waiver
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce any right does not waive it.
